Web Solutions to Help You Serve

Government websites are...complex. We've worked with enough of them to know. Luckily for us, we like putting our thinking caps on to solve complex problems. We work with our clients as part of a collaborative think tank, putting our heads together to create something great. In our experience, we've found government projects to be larger than most, with more stakeholders involved. We depend on our talented project managers to keep everyone in line and ensure key milestones are met.

Information Architecture

Like we said, government websites are large. Some clients may have hundreds or thousands of pages with important content. Have no fear–we can work with your team to consolidate and organize content into meaningful groups of information. We might break out a fun activity, like a card sorting exercise, to help you start thinking about content in a more strategic, purposeful way. Whatever approach we use, the end product is a healthy website that's simple to navigate.

UX & User Testing

Our projects are backed by data, not opinions. To ensure that we're leaving nothing to chance, we collect data by observing user behavior. We talk and listen to real users as they explain their experiences. After that, we start to build. Little by little, we create a website that puts user experience at the forefront.

Accessibility

Most government websites require that we match WCAG 2.0 AA and Section 508 accessibility compliance. As web professionals, it's our responsibility to build websites that are accessible to everyone, including people with physical, cognitive, or lingual differences. We are strong advocates of web accessibility, and we encourage all our clients to become familiar with accessibility best practices. That's why we offer training to help our clients identify, fix, and prevent accessibility issues on their website.
