With close to two decades of programming experience, Jamie is a valuable asset to have on our back-end development team. He builds features that help people connect, having worked with clients in healthcare, accounting, manufacturing, education, government, trades, and more. In addition to his work background, Jamie has a Bachelor of Computer Science from Bowling Green State University. He takes a three step approach to working with new clients. Step one, listen and help determine what the client needs (sometimes their actual need is hidden behind misunderstood wants). Step two, demonstrate a solution better than what they expected. Step three, deliver.

What is your earliest memory of computers?

Tandy 1000, running MS-DOS. A relative gifted it to our family. Oddly, I did not use it for much more than typing papers while in middle/high school.

Only those spoken by my fellow developer nerds.

What's your favorite thing to do on your day off?

Watch my daughter play soccer or volleyball.

Favorite subject in high school?

Physics! I had an awesome teacher that taught through hands-on experiments... including a few well-played pranks on classmates.
